How do I claim my free flight?

Step 1
Purchase one or more IMG Theme Park Admission Ticket in the promotion period 14.07.2019 to 30.09.2019.

Step 2
Visit www.flyfreewithIMG.com and choose one of four options of how to use your code(s).

Enter your promotional codes (you can combine up to 4 codes) and complete an application on www.flyfreewithIMG.com within 21 days of purchase. Please enter your name and email as well as your departure airport, three destinations you would like to fly to and three possible travel dates. Please note that no destinations and no travel dates will be treated as a priority over another. Please ensure to save your PDF application for your reference.

Step 3
Within 7 working days after receipt of your online application, we will process your application and get back to you via email. You are then required to upload your IMG Park Ticket within 72 hours of receiving the link.

Step 4
Within 7 working days of receiving the Park Ticket online and providing a valid application, you will receive a link to the final step of your application. In this step you can also add up to three additional passengers to your application. You will also need to upload the passports of all passengers travelling. When using multiple codes on 1 application, please note that the first 2 passengers are fare free (just need to pay taxes and other related fees   these are capped at AED 99 per passenger) and the 3rd and 4th passengers will be charged at 50% of the fare rate (plus taxes and other related fees   these are capped at AED 99 per passenger). This step must be completed within 72 hours of receiving the link.

Step 5
Within 14 days of completion of your application, you will receive a flight offer via email. In order to benefit from this, the offer will have to be accepted within 48 hours.

How can I combine my voucher codes?

You can combine up to 4 free flight voucher codes in one application. You will be prompted to chose one option when visiting www.flyfreewithIMG.com .

There are 4 different option to use your voucher codes:

Options 1

Use 1 voucher code for 1 fare-free flight.

Use only one voucher code in one application.
Receive your flight fare free. You can still add more passengers to your application, but you will have to pay the full flight price for them.

Options 2

Use 2 voucher codes for 2 fare-free flights i.e. 2 passengers travelling together.

Combine 2 voucher codes in one application.
Receive your flight and that of your first accompanying passenger free. You can still add more passengers to your application, for whom free flight vouchers are not required, but you will have to pay the full flight price for them.

Options 3

Use 3 voucher codes for 2 fare-free flights and 1 discounted flight i.e. 3 passengers travelling together.

Combine 3 voucher codes in one application.
Receive your flight and that of your first accompanying passenger free and receive a 50% discount on a third passenger. You can still add one more passenger to your application, for whom free flight voucher is not required, but you will have to pay the full flight price for them.

Options 4

Use 4 voucher codes for 2 fare-free flights and 2 discounted flight i.e. 4 passengers travelling together.

Receive your flight and that of your first accompanying passenger free and receive a 50% discount on a third and fourth passenger.

Note: Each Free Flight voucher can be used to initiate a separate flight booking application. Multiple free flight vouchers can be combined as per above for passengers travelling together.

CAN I BOOK A TICKET FOR MY PARTNER OR A FRIEND?

Yes. You have the option to add up to three additional passengers to your application. Combine your vouchers for fare free flights and discounts. Alternatively, you can add additional passengers without codes who will be charged at the current flight price at the time of booking including any taxes and charges. Any other additional charges by the airline such as golf bags, additional luggage, priority boarding etc. will have to be paid for. Some airlines charge for all checked baggage.

WHEN CAN I TRAVEL?

All travel (departure and return) must be completed within 12 months from the date of issuance of IMG tickets.

Flights are dependent on the carrier s available flight schedules. All flight applications have to be received at least 30 days before the first date of travel. The offer is not valid for journeys during peak periods and over Eid, Christmas Day and New Year s Day. Some periods (e.g. religious and school holidays) and dates may be restricted depending on the chosen destination and travel time. The availability of flights may also be restricted by special events, trade fairs or local holidays.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM STAY AT MY DESTINATION?

The minimum stay is 2 days and the maximum stay is 30 calendar days.

CAN I GIVE MY FREE FLIGHT AWAY TO A FRIEND OR PARTNER?

No. Vouchers are personal and non-transferable. Bookings cannot be requested or made by third parties and flights may not be booked by third parties using the name of the participant. When combining codes, you must always be the lead passenger.

WHAT CLASS OF TICKET IS PROVIDED?

The offer is for an Economy class ticket.

Should you wish any other class, please send a request to the Organizer, who can inform you about the cost to upgrade to a different class, where this is possible.

IS THERE A CASH ALTERNATIVE TO MY FLIGHT VOUCHER?

No cash alternative will be offered in exchange for the voucher or promotional offer. Vouchers have no monetary value.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BE AWARE OF WHEN CHOOSING MY THREE TRAVEL DATES?

When choosing your three travel dates, please ensure that the first chosen travel date is at least 45 calendar days away from the date the form is submitted. Your travel dates have to be in different months and 30 days apart from one another. The free flight offer is not valid for journeys over over Eid, on Christmas Day and New Year s Day. The availability of flights may also be restricted by special events, trade fairs or local holidays.

CAN I CHOOSE A SPECIFIC DESTINATION, FLIGHT TIME OR AIRLINE?

No. An offer will be made based on a combination of your given destinations and travel dates subject to flight availability. No destination or travel date will be treated as a priority over another nor any destination matched to any travel date. In the case of no availability an alternative may be offered. The choice of carrier, flight times and route is at the sole discretion of the Organizer. You are not entitled to demand a particular carrier, flight time or route.

Your application has to be received within 21 days after your IMG World ticket purchase during the campaign period in order to benefit from this free flight offer.

I HAVE RECEIVED MY OFFER FOR SEVERAL PASSENGERS BUT NOW WANT TO FLY ALONE?

Should you decide to travel without accompanying passengers, please still accept your offer. Once accepted, please use the contact form on the campaign website to let us know ASAP that you would like to travel without any additional passengers.

PLEASE NOTE: Any declined offer of 50% discounted passengers will render these free flight codes used.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN MY PURCHASES?

If you return your qualifying purchase, you have not qualified for a free flight anymore.

DO I HAVE TO UPLOAD MY PROOF OF PURCHASE?

Yes. The Organizer will not process any flight bookings for customers who do not upload their proof of purchase. Please ensure that all parts of the document are legible as incomplete documents cannot be accepted.

DO I HAVE TO UPLOAD A SCAN OF MY PASSPORT?

Yes. You will need to upload your passport and the passports of all passengers travelling in the third step of your application.

WILL THERE BE ANY ADDITIONAL COST?

Your flight will be booked fare free. Your carrier taxes, passenger duty, fuel surcharges, service charge and airport fee will not be covered by the flight offer and will be borne by the Participant and are excluded from the promotional offer. Taxes and feed are capped at AED 99. When using multiple codes on 1 application, please note that the first 2 passengers are fare free (just need to pay taxes and other related fees   these are capped at AED 99 per passenger) and the 3rd and 4th passengers will be charged at 50% of the fare rate (plus taxes and other related fees   these are capped at AED 99 per passenger).

Other costs can include, but are not limited, to any baggage or other charges made in connection with the flight or in addition to the fare such as any insurance, any additional fees for card payments, any fees for hotel, car hire, airport transfers, taxis, car park, seat upgrade, food and drink, visas, immigration documents or any other additional services. The Participant must pay for all additional services, additional passengers and cancelations or alterations via a credit card in their name.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY OFFER/BOOKING?

No changes or cancellations of flights are possible after the booking has been made.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BOOKING CONFIRMATION / TICKET?

Once you have accepted your offered flight (and paid for any additional passengers or charges if applicable) we will book your flight for you and send you your booking confirmation within 2 days. Please be aware that bookings cannot always be made immediately after acceptance of an offer.
