PUSH TROLLEY

A push trolley, also known as a manual trolley or hand trolley, is a material handling device used to move heavy loads along an overhead beam or track. It is a simple and practical tool commonly used in industrial settings, warehouses, and construction sites.

The push trolley consists of a sturdy frame with wheels that can roll along the top flange of an I-beam or other suitable overhead track. It typically has adjustable flanges or brackets that can be positioned to fit different beam widths. The load is attached to the trolley using hooks or other securing mechanisms.

To operate the push trolley, a person pushes or pulls it along the track, allowing the load to be easily transported horizontally across the working area. Some push trolleys may have a chain or rope pull to facilitate movement, especially for heavier loads.

Push trolleys are designed for manual operation and are suitable for moving loads where a forklift or other powered equipment may not be practical or accessible. They are commonly used in combination with chain blocks, come-alongs, or other lifting devices to perform various material handling tasks efficiently and safely.
